At Wall Decor, we want you to love your new space, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all artwork and mirrors in their original condition. If your piece isn't the perfect fit, our streamlined process ensures a quick exchange or a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the item in its original protective packaging, including all corner protectors and bubble wrap, to ensure the artwork remains undamaged during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our curators inspect the returned item for quality, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
